Customers can apply the debit card if they have the Tai Fung Bank's HKD/MOP saving account. Customers can enjoy 24 hours ATM services and POS services in more than 2.4 million worldwide shops with CUP logo through the Tai Fung Bank debit card.

Customers can withdraw the local cash anytime and anywhere.

• Customers can withdraw the cash at the ATMs which have 「JECTO」or「CUP」logos
• 「JETCO」network is distributed in Macau, HongKong and some major cities in mainland of China
• 「CUP」network is distributed in more than 90 countries and areas: China Union Pay Website

Shopping without cash, enjoy the convenience and fun of debit card

• Shopping in 「CUP」member shops through swing card, service charge free. 
• 「CUP」member shops are distributed in more than 90 countries, include China, Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korean, Europe, American and so on.
• For security reason, our bank sets the upper limit of swing card is HKD20 thousands or other equivalent currency for one day.

Our bank issues the Cirrus debit card. Customers can withdraw the local cash through the 「Cirrus」network or ATMs with  logo  in the worldwide.

Application

Customers should come to counters in person with the ID documents, and if the application is the first time, the first year's card fee will be free.

If you loss your debit card, please contact us immediately

• You can come to any one Tai Fung Bank branch with the account documents and the ID documents in the office hours.
• You can call to (853) 2855 6007 for reporting loss.
• You can use iBanking Services to report loss.
